My challenge for this year is using the photographs I took on holiday in Tunesia in portrait.

The doors were really eye catching, not only the colours but the shapes and sizes as well.

This Month August 2015 quilt.

Door in Tabarka.

This door stood out from the others by looking quit new and modern. No symbolic design in the placing of the block nail, just an abstract pattern.

Raw edge applique stitched down, machine quilted and some hand embroidery.

The nail decoration is done with Hotfix beads

Pillow case binding, hem stitched down.
