My challenge for this year is using the photographs I took on holiday in Tunesia in portrait.

The doors were really eye catching, not only the colours but the shapes and sizes as well.

This Month November 2015 quilt.

Door in Douz.

A similar village in an underground cave, as in the previous one, again a hostelry complete with bar room upstairs.

No staircase here but footholes in the wall and a chain to hoist oneself up.

Hand-dyed fabric, raw edged applique stitched down. Pens and Inktense pencils for accents.

Machine quilted and finished with a pillowcase binding, hemstitched down.
